Leah and Quan are great representatives for Tri-City Kia. They are fun to work with and are professional in every way. Though the process of purchasing my new vehicle required a transfer from another dealership, they made it happen and made it right after receiving a ‘used’ supposed ‘new’ vehicle from Hendrick Kia of Concord. Now, if they can get the service department to be as responsive as the sales department then they will be around for a long time.

They provided a good experience, I went in they got me the keys to the car I was interested in, let me check it out and drive it without delay. I didn’t end up going with the car but they made the experience super quick.

I was looking for a new (to me) Chrysler Pacifica to replace one that had been totaled. I found one online at Tri-City CDJR so I asked about it's availability. Michael responded very quickly and we soon setup a test drive. The Pacifica was very nice, very clean and well-maintained for a used vehicle. So, we ended up purchasing it! Michael (salesman) and Quan (sales manager) were both very helpful and accommodating. If you are need of a new or new to you vehicle give them a call!

Got there a hour before my appointment they got it done before my appointment time

Had my wrangler serviced here for a recall. They where quick and my light is off on the dash. Im happy. Gunter dealer in martinsville wouldnt even call me back for a recall. Tried city will get all my dealship business now

I would like to thank Stone (aka Mike) and Richard in the Service Department for their assistance with my Jeep today. I had a screw in a tire, so asked to get it patched. After assessing the situation, they explained that the screw was too close to the tire wall and patching it could be dangerous because this is where the tire endured the greatest pressure. They agreed it would be best to put the spare on and move the affected tire where the spare is. They even moved a back tire to the front so the tread wear would be more similar. They could have easily patched the tire, sent the ticket up for me to pay and sent me on my way. But, they did the more difficult, but honorable thing to ensure my safety. Thank you, gentlemen, for your kindness and honesty. These things seem to be a dying art in today’s world. So grateful for you both!

Kelly is a great sells person that I meet several years ago. She has a positive attitude and takes her job seriously!
